Redeeming eGift Cards
If you have received an eGift card (e = electronic) to be used on our website, here's how you can redeem it.
In the email that was sent with details of your eGift card, you will have received a unique gift card code.
To redeem the card, you will need to sign up on our website, in order to view the online shop. Then you can find items to purchase and add them to your cart.

During the payment process, please select the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter your unique gift card code.
What happens if the order total is more than remaining gift card value?
If the sale is worth more than the value of the Gift card, you can pay for the remaining cost using the other available payment methods.
What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?
Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used in future purchases, for as long as the validity of the Gift card.
Can I check my balance?
Currently, it is not possible for you to check your gift card balance but please contact us and we will be able to tell you.
